August eTech would like to announce our tech support and systems teams promotions, new hires, and role changes for the new year! The team members will be supporting all of our clients, many of which are familiar names and faces!

Philippe Pereira has been promoted to Level Two Support Technician!

August eTech is pleased to announce that Phil has earned a well-deserved promotion.

Phil is a critical team member at August eTech and has proven that hard work and dedication will move you up the ranks.

Alexander Thompson has been promoted to Network Support Specialist.

August eTech is proud to announce Alex\’s promotion.

Alex continues to move up in August eTech. Alex started out as a desktop tech and quickly showed off his skills and smarts in technology by successfully taking on many networking projects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Promoted to Systems Manager is Daniel Bove.

August eTech is happy to announce Daniel\’s promotion.

Daniel\’s technical skills have allowed him to step in and manage many successful networking projects since he\’s been at August eTech.  Nothing is too hard for Daniel. We look forward to working with him to grow out the systems department to bring in my knowledge and skills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edward Galazin is the NOC and Data Analytics Manager.

August eTech is delighted to announce a role change for Ed from NOC Manager to NOC and Data Analytics.

Ed has proven his ability to dive into software, databases and SaaS programs to pull out data for management, monitoring, usage, health and productivity.

We are eager to see how much he can produce when dedicated to the back end systems.

 

 

 

 

 

And finally, Michael Paranich\’s  promotion to be August eTech\’s Director of Operations!

August eTech was fortunate enough to bring back Mike, who is an old employee of ours from over 10 years ago in 2020.  We are thrilled that in 2021 we can use his 10 years of management and clients skills background to to move the company in a new direction focusing on customer service, productivity and quality of service to name a few.
